Do I need to pay a deposit or other fees?

There is a one-time $20 move-in admin fee.

When can I access my storage unit?

You have 24/7 access to your storage unit.

How do I pay for my storage unit each month?

We accept credit cards, personal checks, CashApp & Venmo. You can setup automatic payments with a credit card or pay online monthly with our easy to use Customer Payment Portal.

Do I need to provide my own padlock?

You will need to provide your own padlock. We recommend a disc lock for maximum security. 

Are my items insured while being stored at your facility?

Renting a storage unit is similar to renting an apartment. The same way your landlord does not insure your personal belongings, we do not insure your items either. However we do offer an affordable tenant insurance program that you can purchase directly through us. Please note: if you have homeowners or renters insurance your property may be covered. 

When is my rent payment due?

Your rent payment will usually be due on the 1st of the month. Your first month will be prorated based on the date you move in. To avoid late fees, make sure that your monthly payment is made by the 6th of the month.
